We are a fully integrated real estate investment and operational business focused on purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA). Our model is built around delivering long-term, stable returns for investors while meeting the evolving needs of universities and students through high-quality, professionally managed assets.

Since our founding in 2012, we have assembled one of the most experienced teams in the sector, combining deep institutional knowledge with hands-on operational expertise. Our platform spans investment, development, asset management and operations, enabling us to manage the entire lifecycle of a student accommodation asset under one roof.

We provide a comprehensive suite of services across four core areas:

INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT – identifying, acquiring and managing PBSA assets with a focus on quality, risk-adjusted returns and capital preservation.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT – delivering new and refurbished student accommodation schemes that meet the highest standards of design, sustainability and operational functionality.

ASSET MANAGEMENT – enhancing performance through targeted interventions, rent strategies, capital planning and ESG integration.

OPERATIONAL & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – delivered through our in-house platform, Collegiate UK, which operates in cities across the UK, providing homes to thousands of residents. Our Operations Teams are dedicated to delivering comfortable, secure accommodation, with a focus on consistency of execution and an exceptional resident experience across all our homes.
