Bryce Carter serves as the Chief Information Security Officer for the City of Arlington, Texas, since April 2023, and holds the role of Advisory Board Member at DallasCISO and the Center for Internet Security. Previously, Bryce was the Chief Information Security Officer for the City of Bellingham and Miami County, and served as Agency Chief Information Officer for Miami County from 2017 to 2022. A seasoned leader, Bryce co-founded FlyPage, where the world's first AI-driven, privacy-focused digital advertising platform was developed. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of the People. Additional roles include Adjunct Professor at Grand Canyon University and Board Chair at CISO Ascent.
