Police Officer: In-service Training Coordinator/instructor

Jesse Manning has over 28 years of diverse law enforcement and military experience. Currently serving as a Police Officer and In-Service Training Coordinator/Instructor for the City of Arlington since 1995, Manning has held various roles including SWAT member, law enforcement sUAS pilot, and police detective in domestics/sex crimes and covert operations. Manning also has significant military experience, having served in multiple leadership positions including Psychological Operations Officer, Group Commander, and Battalion Commander within the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command and the 2nd Psychological Operations Group. Manning's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Criminology from The University of Texas at Arlington and advanced military training from the National Defense University and U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
