Terrence Harbin

Terrence Harbin, MPA, currently serves as a Senior Public Finance Analyst for the City of Arlington since January 2025. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst at the City of Grand Prairie from August 2019 to January 2025, where Terrence also worked as an Economic Development Coordinator. Additionally, Terrence gained valuable experience as a City Management Intern within the same municipal government from December 2018 to January 2025. Academic accomplishments include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Local Government, Public, and Financial Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the same institution. Notable fellowships include research roles with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation and the Archer Fellowship Alumni Association in 2018.
