Allison Chew

Allison Chew is an experienced Engineering Product Manager at Arlo Technologies, Inc. since October 2023, with a strong background in RF engineering and product development across various organizations. Previously, Allison worked as a consultant for RF Engineering from May 2020 to February 2024, engaging in comprehensive design and validation for RF evaluation boards, and integrating RF components into innovative systems such as smart toilets. Other roles include positions at Meta, Eko Devices, and PAX Labs, where skills were applied in developing Wi-Fi and Bluetooth systems, optimizing RF performance, and leading testing efforts. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Oculus VR, Qualcomm, and PMC-Sierra as a RF Applications Engineer and RF Validation Engineer, solidifying expertise in RF architecture, testing methodologies, and customer integration support. Allison holds a BASc (Honors) in Electronics Engineering from Simon Fraser University.
