Raffaele Caiazza is an experienced engineering support manager with a strong background in technical support and operations within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Engineering Support Senior Manager at Arlo Technologies since July 2018, Raffaele previously held roles at NETGEAR from January 2013 to June 2018, including Support Operation Manager and L3 Technical Support Supervisor. Raffaele's expertise encompasses managing contact center operations, ensuring service quality, and conducting technical escalations.
