Thomas Lambert (Tom)

Thomas Lambert is an experienced professional in solution delivery and product management, currently serving as Solution Delivery Director at Arlo Technologies, Inc. since October 2022, where responsibilities include organizing and delivering portfolio roadmap priorities across a global R&D and Services organization. Prior to this, Thomas held the position of Senior Director of Product Delivery and Program Operations at Avaya from June 2018 to April 2022, overseeing key areas such as CCaaS product delivery, technical program management, and operational responsibilities across various teams. Thomas also contributed significantly at Cisco from May 2007 to June 2018 as Senior Product Delivery Lead, managing product delivery, program management, and agile transformation initiatives. Earlier experience includes leading delivery and product management at AOL Technologies from January 2000 to January 2007.
