Ajay Kumar

Ajay Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in verification engineering, primarily within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Staff Verification Engineer at Arm since November 2019, Ajay specializes in UVM-based verification for CPU clusters, cache coherency, L3 caches, and machine learning IPs. Previously, Ajay held roles including ASIC Developer at Ericsson, focusing on UVM verification for Ethernet switch IPs in a 5G project, and Associate Architect at Samsung Electronics, where the focus was on verification for neural processing and machine learning IPs. With a strong background in high-speed SERDES verification at Semtech Corporation, and experience in functional and power-aware verification at AMD, Ajay has demonstrated leadership in verification teams and successfully completed numerous projects. Educational credentials include a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology and secondary education from Sainik School Tilaiya.
