Andy Smith

Andy Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Arm since September 2018, Andy leads a team of 15, overseeing the delivery of GPU software. Prior to this role, Andy spent over 22 years at Nokia, culminating in the position of Head of R&D/Product Management, where responsibilities included driving the GSM business and optimizing revenue across more than 100 global customers. Earlier in career, Andy worked as a Software Engineer at ICS plc, designing software for fire and gas protection systems. Academic achievements include an MBA from Henley Business School and a BEng in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Staffordshire.
