Benjamin Magnus

Benjamin Magnus currently serves as a Competition & Commercial Analyst at Arm, a role held since September 2020, after completing a Global Sales Operations Graduate position. Prior experience includes a Chemical Engineering Placement at 3M from October 2019 to May 2020, where Benjamin led process improvement projects, notably implementing Excel automation and barcoding for offline data recording. Previously, as a Manufacturing Intern at Siemens from July 2018 to September 2019, Benjamin contributed to a site-wide improvement project focused on Sustainable Processes, facilitating process mapping workshops to enhance on-time delivery rates in spare parts logistics. Benjamin holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from Swansea University, completed in 2020.
