Cedric Normand is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in CPU implementation and physical design. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer and CPU implementation lead at Arm since September 2016, Cedric has previously held key engineering positions at notable companies including NXP Semiconductors as a Senior Digital Design Engineer, Samsung Electronics as a Senior Staff Engineer in Digital Physical Design, and Texas Instruments in various roles related to digital physical design, including Senior Digital Physical Designer.
