Chris Oakley is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in program management, customer success, and engineering effectiveness. Currently serving as Director of Engineering Effectiveness at Arm since August 2014, Chris has held various leadership roles at the company, including Senior Director of Customer Program Management and Customer Success, and Director of Partner Programs. Prior to Arm, Chris worked at Samsung Austin R&D Center as a Field Applications Engineer and held engineering positions at Calxeda, Marvell, and Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included leading teams, managing customer relationships, and supporting product development. Chris's academic background includes a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Electronics Engineering from Birmingham City University and additional qualifications in electronic engineering.
