David Brown

David Brown is a Director of Software at Arm, overseeing GPU Drivers and DevOps. Previously, they held positions as Principal Software Engineer and Team Leader in ARM's Media Processing Group, where they led the Display Software team and developed Android HWComposer drivers for the Mali-DP range. David also played a key role in integrating Graphics Drivers into Android's windowing systems, enabling millions of devices to utilize ARM's Midgard GPUs. Their educational background includes a BSc in Computer Science from Nottingham Trent University, where they graduated with first-class honors.
