David Chen

David Chen is a Performance Modelling Engineer at Arm since September 2023, having previously held the role of Graduate Engineer. David's experience includes a summer internship at The University of Manchester, where an Android app was developed for tracking and recommending academic modules based on student preferences. Additionally, during a summer internship at Qbots Energy, David contributed to a project aimed at reducing household power inefficiency, emphasizing effective team communication. Earlier, at Manchester Airport, David improved an internal email system by implementing a spam filter using natural language processing and support vector machines. David obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Sheffield from 2019 to 2023 and completed secondary education at Altrincham Grammar School for Boys from 2012 to 2019.
