David Seider currently serves as the Director of North American Partners and Senior Partner Manager at ARM since October 2011. In addition, David is an Advisory Board Member for the O/UT Program, contributing to efforts led by Ginny Burton to address issues related to addiction, homelessness, and incarceration. David is the Founder of the Pacific Clean Nuclear Energy Consortium since September 2018 and has previously held key positions, including Chairman of the Board at the San Diego Rescue Mission and Senior Partner at DSI-Pacific. David's extensive career includes roles in sales and management at Cadence Design Systems, QThink, Monterey Design Systems, Mentor Graphics, and founding C.A.E. Consultants. Educationally, David holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master's degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, and attended the United States Air Force Academy.
