Debika Ingham possesses extensive experience in both technology management and education. Currently serving as a Technology Manager at Arm since August 2022, Debika previously held roles as a DFT Engineer. As the co-founder and President of A2D2 Group, Inc. since August 2011, Debika focuses on finances and new business development. Debika's teaching experience includes serving as the Math Department Chair and a Secondary Mathematics and Engineering Teacher at the Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders from August 2014 to June 2022, where instruction focused on building confidence in grades 8-12 mathematics. Additionally, Debika has served as a Project Lead the Way certified engineering teacher at Akins High School and mentored students at the Foundation for International Space Education. Debika’s board experience includes a role as Treasurer for Texas Chargers Inc from January 2011 to February 2013. Debika holds a Certificate in STEM Education from Texas Region XIII Education Center and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
