Dustin Fredrickson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in performance optimization across leading technology companies. Currently serving as Senior Principal Engineer - Performance at Arm since February 2023, Dustin previously held the position of Principal Engineer - Performance at Microsoft from August 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, Dustin was a Platform Architect at Intel Corporation, focusing on FPGA-based platform solutions, and served as a Principal Engineer and Team Lead at Qualcomm, specializing in ARM-based server technologies. Dustin’s career began at IBM, where responsibilities included leading server performance development for x86-based products. Dustin earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and has further academic experience at the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
