Elson Zago is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Software Development at Arm since May 2016, Elson oversees both internal and public-facing web applications and the associated web-development team. Prior roles include Co-Founder and CIO at Vitfor Limited, where responsibilities spanned strategic decision-making, system architecture, and hands-on development, as well as Delivery Manager at Cambridge Assessment, managing a large DevOps team and overseeing the delivery of over 110 web applications. Additional experience encompasses roles in business analysis, technical project management, and software development at companies such as Tribal Group, Dell Inc., and Hewlett-Packard Brazil. Elson holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics and Database from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
