Fiona Garlick is an experienced recruitment professional with a robust background in sourcing and placing senior IT sales, solution management, and commercial management positions. Currently serving as the Early Careers Principal Recruitment Partner at Arm since November 2019, Fiona previously held senior positions at Hays Talent Solutions, including Senior Recruitment Partner on-site at Astra Zeneca and Senior Sourcing Partner. Fiona began a career in recruitment at Hays Information Technology and has extensive public sector consulting experience, including a leadership role with NHS PASA in the Southern region. Fiona holds a degree in Social Sciences and Law from the University of Leeds.
