Flora Pottier

Flora Pottier has extensive experience in semiconductor design and operations, currently serving as the Design Center Director of Operations at Arm since November 2006, where responsibilities include managing the Europe Design Center projects and enhancing productivity. Previous roles at Arm include Program/Projects Manager in the Engineering Operations Group, overseeing IP development across multiple semiconductor nodes, and Physical IP product methodology & EDA models specialist, focusing on EDA models and methodologies across sites. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions at SOISIC, where Flora Pottier managed I/O flow and infrastructure and contributed to library migrations and automated design flows, along with work as a Memory Design Engineer at Freescale. Flora Pottier holds a Master’s Degree in CSINA from Grenoble INP - UGA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic from Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
