Distinguished Engineer And Functional Safety Architect

Guru Prasadh is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in functional safety and interconnect architecture. Currently serving as a Distinguished Engineer and Functional Safety Architect at Arm since May 2010, Guru leads efforts in Coherent and Non-coherent Interconnects. Previously, at Intel Corporation from February 2007 to May 2010, positions included Sr. Principal Engineer and Chief SOC Architect, contributing to leading-edge System-On-a-Chip design projects and next-generation CPU architecture. Prior roles also encompass Principal Engineer at Newisys Inc. focusing on ASIC chip development and Technical Staff Engineer at Intel, where significant contributions were made to Pentium CPU designs. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computer Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin, an MS in Computer Engineering from Stony Brook University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, India.
