Heather Monigan

Heather Monigan, MBA, currently serves as Senior Director of CSS Partnerships at Arm and an Engineering Professor at Grand Canyon University, focusing on Project Management and Engineering Economics. As the founder of Kaleson Technologies LLC, Heather established a Technical Strategy and Engineering Consultation business, emphasizing Intellectual Property in Artificial Intelligence and other technological domains. Heather held various significant roles at Intel Corporation, including Engineering Director of IP Strategy & Management and Senior Strategic Planner, where responsibilities encompassed managing commercial semiconducting IP portfolios and leading cross-divisional programs. Additionally, Heather contributes to international development initiatives through Engineers Without Borders Phoenix Professional Chapter. Heather earned a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Dayton and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
