Jacky Cao

Jacky Cao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently, Jacky serves as a Partner Manager at Arm since April 2021. Prior to this role, Jacky was the Innovation Business Director at Spreadtrum from May 2016 to April 2021 and held multiple positions at Datang LeadCore technology, including Product Marketing Manager, Technical Marketing Engineer, and System Validation Manager from April 2006 to April 2016. Jacky's career began at UTStarcom as a PHS Protocol Test Engineer from October 2004 to March 2006. Jacky holds a Master’s degree in Telecom Project Management from Fudan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Yanshan University.
