James Nolan

James Nolan has over 17 years of experience in people systems and human resource management, currently serving as a Principal Technical Lead at Arm since July 2018, where responsibilities include leading SuccessFactors implementations and managing people systems. Prior experience at Cambridge Assessment from November 2013 to July 2018 encompassed multiple roles, including SuccessFactors Application Manager and systems change management. James also coordinated international training events at Cambridge International Examinations from October 2011 to November 2013 and provided training and development support at Cambridge Assessment earlier in a variety of positions. James began a career as a Business Analyst intern at Arthur D. Little in 2006, following the attainment of a MA in Philosophy from the University of St Andrews in 2006.
