Jennifer Davis is an accomplished athlete and entrepreneur, known for founding Geno 3 and serving as a mentor for Team Scotland's Achieve Programme. They achieved a silver medal at the Commonwealth Games and have thrived as a Stage IV cancer survivor. With extensive experience in consultancy and transformation roles across multiple organizations, including VisitScotland and SSE plc, they currently lead HR transformation initiatives at Arm and work as a freelance trainer with True North Excellence. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health/Medical Psychology from Queen Margaret University.
