Lakshmi G

Lakshmi G is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of the People Team at Arm since October 2022, where responsibilities include acting as a strategic HR business partner, focusing on employee engagement, leadership development, and global HR projects. Prior to Arm, Lakshmi held the position of HRBP Leader at Cadence Design Systems from September 2019 to October 2022 and served as India Head of Human Resources at Seagate Technology from September 2014 to December 2018. Lakshmi’s extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Broadcom from April 2003 to August 2014, where various roles included Senior Staff HR Business Partner and responsibilities such as talent management and compensation strategies. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Research Executive at Speed Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Mount Carmel Institute of Management.
