Principal Engineer, CPU design

Lei Ma is a Principal Engineer in CPU design at ARM, leading projects in micro-architecture design since 2010. Previously, they served as a Senior IC Design Engineer and project manager at Atmel from 2004 to 2006, and worked as research staff and a PhD research student at Queen's University Belfast from 2006 to 2010, focusing on multi-core hardware architecture and SoC architecture for MIMO signal processing. Additionally, they worked as an IC Design Engineer at Magima Digital Tech from 2002 to 2004. Lei holds a PhD in Electronic Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.
