Luke Culpepper

Luke Culpepper is the Senior Director of Legal at Arm, where they lead various functions within the legal department, focusing on patent and copyright licensing, IP litigation, and risk mitigation. Prior to joining Arm in 2017, Luke was a Principal Counsel and Managing Counsel at the company, and before that, they were a partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, specializing in intellectual property law and litigation. Luke began their legal career as an associate at Howrey LLP, and they hold a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
