Mat has held several key positions, including Head of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources at Dropit Shopping and Talent Acquisition Manager at Bazaarvoice, showcasing expertise in various industries such as information technology and engineering. Currently, Mat is serving as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Partnership & Delivery at Arm while pursuing a BA in Management from Oklahoma Christian University.
