Michael Klock is a GPU Architect with extensive experience in functional and performance simulation, architectural validation, and shader compilation. They have previously held positions as Senior HW Graphics Architect at Intel, where they lead GPGPU performance simulation, and served as a Principal Engineer and Manager at Samsung Research America. Michael has also worked as a Principal SW Engineer at S3 Incorporated and led shader compiler development at S3 Graphics. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
