Milind Kulkarni

Milind Kulkarni is a highly experienced engineer specializing in CPU design, currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Arm since April 2023. Prior to this role, Milind worked at Microsoft from September 2021 to April 2023 as a Senior Hardware Engineer, focusing on CPU Load-Store unit logic design. Milind's experience also includes a tenure at AMD as a Member of Technical Staff, where responsibilities involved CPU and GPU power optimization and physical design methodology from July 2018 to September 2021. Earlier roles at Qualcomm included serving as a Senior Engineer from February 2012 to July 2018, contributing to the CPU custom circuits design team on the Snapdragon processor project and designing SRAM cache macros. Milind also completed a Circuit Design Internship at Qualcomm in mid-2011. Milind holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
