Neil MacDonald

Neil Macdonald is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in FPGA and VLSI development. Currently serving as Principal FPGA Engineer at Arm since January 2018, Neil's prior roles include Staff FPGA Engineer and Design Authority/Technical Lead at MBDA. With a strong background at Hitachi Data Systems as VLSI Development Manager and Principal VLSI & Hardware Engineer, as well as significant contributions at Bluearc, 3Com, and BAE Systems, Neil has developed expertise across various hardware engineering and design domains. Neil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
