Niki Dow

Niki Dow is a seasoned professional in technical communications with extensive experience in leadership roles. As Senior Director of Technical Communications at Arm since August 2014, Niki previously served as Director of Technical Communications at the same company. Prior to this, Niki worked at Xerox from January 2008 to July 2014 as Operations Manager, overseeing a diverse team of documentation analysts and designers. Niki's early career includes a position as Business Manager at Maxima from 1998 to 2007, where Niki established a documentation services department. Niki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Languages and Law from Ealing College, obtained from 1983 to 1987.
