Nish Riaz

Nish Riaz is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as an Employee Engagement Business Partner at GBG Plc since February 2019, Nish is a key member of the Employee Experience Senior Leadership Team, overseeing internal communications for a global workforce of 1,300 across 17 countries. Prior roles include Internal Communications Manager at Metropolitan from June 2003 to December 2018, where strategic internal communications solutions were delivered, and the launch of Workplace by Facebook was executed to enhance organizational collaboration. Nish also held positions as Communications Manager and Communications Officer, focusing on marketing communications and corporate event management. Earlier experience includes product development roles at Telewest Broadband and Cable London. Nish holds a Master of Science in Marketing from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with Sociology from Middlesex University, along with additional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
