Noam Graham

Noam Graham is a skilled engineer specializing in logic design, currently serving as a Senior Logic Design Engineer at Arm since March 2025. Previously, Noam held the position of Senior ASIC Logic Design Engineer at Synaptics Incorporated from February 2022 to March 2025, where responsibilities included micro-architecture design of L1 Cache Memory Subsystems for NPUs and contributions to SoC integration and verification. Prior to that, Noam worked as an ASIC Logic Design Engineer at DSP Group and as an Algorithm Developer at a confidential company. Noam holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completed in 2020.
