Norman Evanson

Norman Evanson is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on applications engineering, currently serving as Director, Applications Engineering at Arm since March 2002. Throughout a career at Arm, Norman has held various senior roles, including Senior Director and Strategic Software Partner Manager, with responsibilities encompassing customer engagement, technology management, and GPU product support. Prior experience includes software engineering at Pi Technology in the automotive sector and a brief tenure as a Minerals Surveyor at SGS. Education includes a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from The University of Manchester, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Technology Management from The Open University and a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Leeds.
