Paul Gosling

Paul Gosling is currently the Senior Director of Engineering Delivery at Arm, where they also serve as the Global Lead for Neurodiversity@Arm. They held various management roles at Arm from 2015 to 2020, including Operations Manager and Director of Engineering Operations. Prior to joining Arm, they worked at The PCMS Group plc and Pi Technology, where they managed software and hardware teams and led significant project developments. Paul earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Sussex in 1993.
