Paul Paternoster

Paul Paternoster is a retired Partner Hardware Engineer with extensive experience in hardware design and engineering. They served as a Senior VLSI Design Engineer at 3DO and held various influential positions at Microsoft from 2007 to 2023, including managing significant projects for the Xbox series and datacenter system-on-chips. Prior to that, Paul worked at Digital Equipment Corporation and Cagent Technologies, where they contributed to critical ASIC designs. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Currently, Paul continues to engage with the industry as a SoC Lead at Arm.
