Philippa Clark

Philippa Clark is the Managing Counsel at ARM, a position they have held since 2015. They previously served as Senior Corporate Counsel at ARM from 2007 to 2015 and as Legal Counsel at TTPCom from 2004 to 2007. Philippa began their legal career as a Trainee at Clarkslegal LLP from 1999 to 2001 and worked as a Company/Commercial Solicitor at Pitmans from 2001 to 2004. Their earlier experience includes a role as a Compliance Assistant at Pershing Limited from 1995 to 1998. Philippa is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Reading and has completed both the Legal Practice Course and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law at BPP Law School.
