Pragya Laad is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Principal Design Engineer at Arm since April 2014. Prior to this role, Pragya had a progressive career at Arm as a Staff Design Engineer and Senior Design Engineer. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Technical Lead at NXP Semiconductors from June 2008 to March 2014 and as MTS-TQE at Persistent Systems Pvt. Ltd. in 2005-2006. Pragya holds a degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
