Qin Liu

Qin Liu is a Principal Project Manager at Arm, currently managing hardware projects that deliver next-generation premium and mainstream GPUs. Prior to this role, they served as a Project Manager at Arm from 2017 to 2022, overseeing significant GPU projects including the Arm Immortalis-G715 and Mali-G715. Qin's academic background includes a PhD candidacy and research fellowship at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology from 2008 to 2012, where they received the 2011 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-Financed Students Abroad, and published in renowned journals. They began their career as a trainee at Brunvoll AS in 2004 and gained extensive experience through progressive engineering roles at Arm before becoming a Principal Project Manager.
