Quenton Jones

Quenton Jones is an accomplished engineering professional with over 23 years of experience in the development and validation of complex electronic control systems, specializing in functional safety and system architecture. Currently serving as the Principal Automotive GPU Architect at Arm since January 2024, Quenton previously held multiple senior roles at Imagination Technologies from May 2020 to December 2023, including Principal Functional Safety Engineer and Head of Functional Safety, where significant contributions were made to enhance engineering maturity for soft IP development projects. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Delphi Technologies, Delphi Diesel Systems, Raytheon Systems, and Dstl, alongside a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University. Quenton is also a TÜV qualified Functional Safety Engineer, demonstrating a commitment to high standards in safety engineering.
