Rania Assaf

Rania Assaf currently holds a position in Corporate Development at Arm, focusing on leading and executing M&A transactions and start-up investments since November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2019 to November 2023, specializing in Technology, Media, and Telecom, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions and various capital markets. Rania started as an M&A Investment Banking Analyst at Nomura from July 2016 to June 2019, following a summer internship at Morgan Stanley in 2015. Rania also has experience in business development, having founded and developed a branch for Compex Group in Dubai, and completed a summer internship as a Construction Site Engineer at VINCI Construction Grands Projets. Rania's academic background includes a Master's in Management from London Business School, a Bachelor's in Civil and Environmental Engineering from American University of Beirut, and an exchange program at Boston University, along with a French Baccalauréat with mathematics specialization from Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour.
