Rene Haas

Rene was appointed CEO in February 2022, previously having been President of Arm. Rene took over management of Arm’s IP Product Groups (IPG) in January 2017 and is responsible for all IPG activities including product development, engineering, sales, marketing, and commercial operations. Rene also sits on the board of Arm China.

Rene was previously Arm’s chief commercial officer in charge of global sales and marketing, a position he held since October 2015. Prior to that he served as the vice president of strategic alliances.

Before joining Arm, Rene held several applications management, applications engineering and product engineering roles, including seven years at NVIDIA as vice president and general manager of its computing products business.

Rene serves on the boards of Computacenter and Mythic and is based in Silicon Valley, U.S., but spends significant time in the major technology centers of Europe and APAC.
