Rob Christy is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience at Arm, having held various leadership roles since 2002, including Senior Technical Director and Fellow in Implementation - Solutions Engineering. Rob has managed resource planning and project scheduling for the Austin Systems and Software Group and has overseen numerous implementation projects, such as the Cortex-A53 CPU elements and the Corelink Cache Coherent Network products. Prior to his long tenure at Arm, Rob held engineering roles at Jennic Ltd, Fujitsu Microelectronics Ltd, Mosaic Ltd, and Hitachi Micro Systems Europe. Rob holds a Master's degree in VLSI Systems Engineering from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
