Rob Wallis

Rob Wallis is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development, particularly in Compiler and Performance Library technology at Arm since January 2019, where roles include Senior Engineering Manager and Principal Portfolio Manager responsible for overseeing a large portfolio of projects. Prior to this, Rob served as a Senior Software Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, focusing on cloud service connectivity for vehicles. Rob's tenure at IBM, from August 2011 to September 2018, included roles such as Technical Architect and Team Lead, providing technical guidance for a team of engineers, while also contributing to project management and software development. Early career experiences include software engineering positions at Lyhn Ltd and Sophos. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of York.
