Robert Hardwick is a seasoned software engineer specializing in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer in the Machine Learning for Verification team at Arm since March 2022, Robert develops tools that leverage machine learning for hardware verification, utilizing technologies such as dask, prefect, mlflow, sklearn, and pandas. Prior to this role, Robert worked at mindtrace.ai from February 2018 to December 2021 as an AI/ML Engineer, where responsibilities included developing, training, and evaluating deep learning models for various computer vision tasks. Robert also contributed to IBM from September 2013 to March 2017 in several engineering positions, involved in coding for IBM Spectrum Virtualize software and the IBM Flashsystem V9000. Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from The University of Sheffield.
