Roy Chen

Roy Chen is a Staff Field Application Engineer at Arm, currently leveraging over seven years of experience in flash memory semiconductors and embedded controller development. Previously, Roy held roles at companies such as Toshiba, where they served as a Memory Technical Manager and Senior Memory Quality Engineer, managing quality and reliability issues for NAND Flash products. With a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from National Chung Hsing University, Roy has developed extensive expertise in programming, quality management, and customer relations. Roy is fluent in English, Japanese, and native Mandarin Chinese, and has international experience across China, Japan, and the USA.
