Ryan Kubiak

Ryan Kubiak is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Arm, a position held since 2025. Previously, they worked at Silicon Labs as an FPGA Prototyping specialist and held significant roles at Qualcomm, where they led a world-class ASIC prototyping and emulation team. Ryan has also contributed to Rockwell Automation and ASTC as a Principal Engineer and Engineering Manager, focusing on semiconductor device modeling and FPGA prototyping. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Digital Circuit Design and Computer Science from Bob Jones University.
