Scott Kennedy

Scott Kennedy is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Front End CAD in Solutions Engineering at Arm since September 2008. With a strong background in verification methodologies and EDA strategy, Scott has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director of Verification in the Cambridge CPU Group, where responsibilities included project-based verification leadership and recruitment. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Verification Engineer with a focus on the Cortex-A53 and verification engineering roles at ARC International and Intel, where Scott specialized in high-level verification for video encoder IP and Ethernet MAC & PHY ASICs, respectively. Academic qualifications include an M.Sc in Electronics and a B.Eng (Hons) in Electronics with Music from the University of Glasgow.
